Well its March already and I havnt kept up with my blog that well...ooppss

I have had a busy couple of months, started to go running at least 3 times a week if I can. I am loveing it, makes me feel really great about myself as I am getting fit at long last.

I have just been away for the weekend with some girl friends as it was my mates 40th birthday. We had a great time, spa session, lots of food and alcohol and lots of shopping!

I now feel exhausted, thought it was suppose to be restfull!! oh well it was a giggle.

Will try and get back into the swing of things with my posting again!

GETTING FIT

My friend and I have decided to get fit. We are off to Holland soon with the boys football team and cant bare the though of getting in the swimming pool in front of all the boys and the parents so there is nothing for it but to get going, no more excuses.
Yeterday we went swimming and it was actually ok! I hate swimming but I did enjoy it which surprised me. I think the fact the we went during school hours so there wasn't any kids about helped, you could swim with out kids jumping in and splashing you, which I hate! Anyway we did a few lengths and have decided it wasn't that bad and will go again next week. In the mean time we are going to run either tomorrow or monday depending on the weather, its so windy today it wouldnt be worth it. Its not an excuse, it really is bad today.

SCIENCE MUSEUM 2008

Well yesterday we went to London for the day and spent most of it in the science museum. Osten really enjoy'd it but Tris found it a bit boring! Never mind though it was a good but very shattering day. Here is a photo of the family outside the museum.

Well its been a while since I wrote. My plan was to keep updating this every day!
I have been busy sorting out final payments for our Football Trip to Holland in few weeks. I have been sorting it all out, it has been a nightmare, lots of problems along the way. Hopefully the final balance will be paid tomorrow and then it will be just a case of looking forward to it......phew.

So with all that going on and running the house and sorting the kids etc I have not scrapped all week. So much for me being on a roll then!

ON A ROLL!!

Well it appears that I am on a roll with the scrapping.
I have started a very simple lo tonight, but at least it is keeping me at it.
I am really enjoying getting back to it, its amazing how soon the ideas start to flow and you remember all the things that you want and need to scrap!

Its good as its helping me to chill a bit, my mind is working over time with all the thinking its doing.
I have organised with the help of my friend, our boys football trip to Holland in March. It has been problem after problem, we have spent many hours sorting it all out. We have to just get the final balance paid and then hopefully we can relax and look forward to it! ahhh

Sunday thoughts

Well the first week of the new year was difficult in lots of ways but I made it through to a new one!
More positive thoughts are needed for this next week, it will all be fine and I will, am fine.
I have cleared a cupboard out downstairs for all my scrap booking bits and pieces so that it is all near and handy for me to get going on it again. I keep talking about it but still nothing happens!
I did crop some photo's the other night so that was a start. This week I will find the time, I want to find the time so I must.

Feeling sad

I am feeling rather low today, at the moment all I seem to hear is sad news!
A few of my friends are going through hard times in their lives, all are slightly differant, but similar if that makes sense! I love them all to bits as if they are my sisters, we are all really close and sometimes thats worse as you know everything there is to know.
They are all talking to me about how they feel which really is fine by me, today another one of my friends told me some bad news, of course I am and will still be there for and all of them but I do think I am at the point where if anyone else leans on me I may fall over!
I will cope and they will all be ok, just need to draw on my inner strength.

TO SNOW OR NOT!

Well here I sit looking out of the window willing it to snow. The boys go back to school tomorrow so it would be great for them if it snowed so they could get out and play in it for a while. But you know what will happen...........loads of it in the morning!

I managed to get lots of photo's out last night and sort through them. I also got my craft stuff out and started to sort that as well. Full steam ahead for me to get scrapping again, no excuse once the boys go back to school.!

The time has come for me to sort out some photos and start to scrap again.
The house is tidy after all the festive fun so no excuse.
I will sort the pictures then the craft stuff, Its been so long since I did anything that I have forgotten what I have.

Happy New year to everyone.

Well its here 2008.

I hope we all have a good one. A few sad things happened to some of my friends last year so I hope that this will be differant. Positive thinking is the order of the year.

I have told myself that I really must get back into scrapbooking, I love it when I did do it and spent a lot of time doing it. Last year I made lots of excuses as to why I couldnt scrap, the main one being that I couldnt find the time!!! Well thats a poor excuse really isnt it, if I want to do it I will find the time, so I will! Watch this space!

There are lots of other things that I would like to do this year I will let you know what those are later, I have a roast dinner waiting for me.

Well its Friday, I think!, yes it is. I love the Holidays but get so confused with the days. I was in a muddle as soon as the kids finished school last wednesday, and I dont suppose I will get straight until they go back.
Anyway I have done a bit more than I did yesterday, got up before 11 this morning, went to see a friend for a cuppa and catch up then by the time I got home it was time to get tea, more food, then I sat on my bum yet again to watch tv, and here I still am!

Well its now Thursday and its 11.pm, we have now only just got up and are now having breakfast.
Thats what we do at Christmas, get up late, eat late, slob around and sleep! Excellant I love it, I spend most of my time on the go in a normal working week so it is nice to just chill and do nothing.
I have had 2 new books for xmas, Gordan Ramsey's book and the Hamsters( Richard Hammonds) so will try and get into them at sometime today.
Will try and upload some xmas pics later on today.

It is here, christmas day, we have been up since 8 so thats not so bad. Opened all our presents and had breakfast. The boys are busy with there new psp games. I need to get showered then we are off to mums for the day

Its Christmas eve and the kids are in bed, just waiting for them to be asleep so we can bring the presents down, they dont believe anymore but we still left mince pies and a drink out for santa! We have even been tracking santa all day to see where he has got to!
